Line Drying
Pipelines and other equipment, which require drying to a very low dew point prior to commissioning, are dried with nitrogen or dry air. SOLARCA are equipped to achieve dew points of -45ºC degrees.
The use of “Pigs” will remove large quantities of water quickly and effectively, reducing the time required for final drying.
The drying system used is:
- "Pigging"
- System pressurisation and depressurisation
- Blowing with dry air
- Measurement of the dew point by hygrometer
- Recording results
